This is Paul. Thanks for coming to my website! I have been an Auburn resident for about 20 years with my family. I’ve been in the real estate business for 10 years in various capacities. As well as being a loan officer, I hold a current General Contractor License. My experience includes buying, selling and financing investment properties, major rehab of fixers, 1031 tax-deferred Starker exchanges, and property management.

Applying for your loan is easy!

Please select the option most convenient for you.

1. Complete our Complete Application Form. This is recommended if you are ready to apply now. The process can take approximately five to fifteen minutes. You will have the opportunity to save your work and return to it later.
2. Complete our Short Application Form. This process usually takes less than five minutes. A loan officer will contact you once we receive your application.
3. Call us and we will take your application over the phone.
4. Call or email Paul if you have any questions.
5. Download the loan application, complete it as best you can, then mail or fax it to us.
